Conductive Labs have added to their roster of hardware - the previous being the NDLR - a MIDI chord sequencer and MIDI controller. The new MRCC - MIDI Router Control Centre is a standalone programmable MIDI routing/patchbay.
Massive MIDI I/O: 11 inputs and 17 outputs, including 5 PIN DINs, 3.5MM MIDI jacks in both flavors, 4 USB host ports (with 4 virtual ports each), and a USB client (PC or tablet) connection with 12 MIDI ports. With clock source, CV clock out, filtering and MIDI effects. It's the one you've been waiting for!
Its a simple button press to assign an input to multiple outputs with merge and split no problem.
Add to that the advanced MIDI filtering on both input and output ports for more complex setups, all programmable. There's also an additional RJ45 (not ethernet) remote connection for a flying patch panel.
Conductive labs also aim to add more functionality on the development roadmap, integrating Keyboard Splits and Layers, velocity mapping and arpeggiators.
The MRCC is available for pre-order on Backerkit.com for a discounted price of $379 (usually $429), its expected to ship April 2021.
