Bright Sparks Synth Movie Available Free For February

US And some extra content too      13/02/21

Bright Sparks -  the movie focussing on the pioneers behind some of the best known brands in synthesis has been made available for February via the GForce Software Youtube channel.

The guys at GForce Software put a lot of love and resources into making  the documentary, originally made to compliment the accompannying I Monster album of the same name

It documents the human stories of eight musical instrument pioneers: Robert Moog (Moog), Alan R Pearlman (ARP), Don Buchla (Buchla), Harry Chamberlin (Chamberlin), The Bradley Brothers (Mellotronics), Adrian Wagner (Electronic Dream Plant), Peter Zinovieff (EMS) and Ken Freeman (Freeman String Symphonizer).

Part of the driving force behind this was the intention to make sure their stories were documented for posterity, as sadly some are gone, and some are in their twighlight years.

Its a great piece of work, with so much love and effort put in from Dave Spiers ands Chris McCloud, the two founders of GForce Software.

As well as the full film, there are some additional commentary videos being released - the first of which is titled:

Bright Sparks Behind The Scenes - Introduction, Moog & ARP Chapters
