We knew something was on the way and we should have guessed really, but BT was a guest on last week's Sonic TALK where he told us that something big was coming and today is the day that Stutter Edit 2 is out.

We had a first look:

2 years in the making and following on from BT's collaboration with iZotope for the original Stutter Edit, Stutter Edit 2 takes things to a new level. Keeping the MIDI playable effects for dynamic application of complex effects from MIDI triggers on individual tracks, busses and even the entire mix.

New, higher resolution stutter effects
Time Variant Modifiers for each parameter
Auto mode for auditioning gestures
New effects: Comb and Chorus, Flanger and Phaser, Tapestop, Delay, Distort, Reverb (change order)
Palindrome back and forth for each gesture
Freeze function
Global Filter
Visual representation of stutter settings
Colour Limiter on output
