Ableton LOOP Berlin - First Names Released

Ableton's LOOP event is back in Berlin at the previous venue of Wedding and Bonello Studios for 2020. Its happening over the same weekend as Superbooth so you could kill two birds with one stone if your in the area as it were.

The Summit for Music Makers, will feature:

Sylvia Massy is a US-based engineer and producer who has worked with acts including Johnny Cash, REM and Tool. Mexican brother and sister duo Sotomayor will share the art of sampling, along with giving a full band performance UK-based quartet Ex-Easter Island Head will host a Music Improv Session based around their instruments-as-percussion approach to performance,

Loop 2020 will also feature artists using off-grid methods in their art:

Unorthodox vocal performance happenings of Colin Self, virtuoso percussionist Dame Evelyn Glennie. Antenes and Eric Pitra, both instrument builders based in New York, along with pioneering acts Deena Abdelwahed, Joel Holmes and Cody Currie.
