They say when in Tokyo, you need to visit Five G - its the legendary synth shop in the Harajuku district (famous for teen fashion) so not somewhere we'd usually be found.
So we did. And its a real treasure cave - we were still awake after 26 hrs of travel, so frankly were amazed any of the footage came out, at all. And hello to random synth guy who popped out of the lift, (sorry I didn't get your name) he was there for the rugby!
There are as you can imagine, a lot of real rarities there, but prices seemed in line with global markets, apart from some of the Roland and Yamaha stuff, which as they are made just around 200 miles away in Hamamatsu, there were more bargains to be had.
