Wavetable Synthesizer For Kontakt

US Ocean Swift releases Pathfinder WT      01/04/19

Ocean Swift has released Pathfinder WT, which they describe as a NKS Kontakt Player Classic Wavetable Synthesizer. Here’s more details in their own words…

These days wavetable synths are all the rage, but often many of today’s wonderful synths are somewhat over the top and can be a grind to program. Pathfinder WT wraps all the power of wavetable synthesis in a clear and classic design for Native Instruments Kontakt. There are no deep menus to dive into, there is no head scratching modulation matrix – all the controls are accessible and intuitive and provide a go-to instrument for a variety of detailed sounds such as bread-and-butter harsh and grungy wavetable style leads and basslines, deep evolving tones and pads, dynamic morphing melodies and out of this world effects. Instant access but at the same time very deep… and very powerful!

Thanks to the character of the Ocean Swift wavetables, the extensive wave shaping capabilities, the amazing collection of Kontakt filters and effects that are implemented in the synth and the tube distortions available within the filters – Pathfinder WT invokes a unique and crunchy sonic texture that will contrast wonderfully with other synths and instruments in any mix.
