Røde have just announced a new product in the form of the Rødecaster Pro - designed to be a podcasting studio in one unit.  4 Class A mic inputs, phone input (via Bluetooth or TRS) plus Aphex exciter and Big Bottom processing for that FM radio sound.

Channels have dynamics (including ducking), gate, de-esser, with a set of 8 trigger pads for firing in FX, jingles or ad spots - all configured via drag and drop software editor.

Recording is handled by micro SD and USB audio interface connectivity.

Four Headphone outputs for your direct guest monitoring, plus main monitor outputs.

Looks like it could be just the thing for a portable podcasting studio.

Available in December priced at around £569 UK.
