Synthfest 2018: Noise Orchestra - From Russian Futurism To DIY Kits

US Noise machines that respond to light      08/10/18

Noise Orchestra started as an art project inspired by 1920s Russian  futurist artists who were working with mechanical and graphical sound and has evolved into an organization that creates installations, education and workshops - now branching out into DIY kits for light triggered instruments and noise sources.

We spoke to Vicky Clarke who together with David Birchall has built up the business to provide sound art for international events,  education and DIY building workshops and now are about to release their first DIY kits  - the Carnage device which you will shortly be able to order via noiseorchestra.org
