SynthFest 2018: Modal SKULPT Nears Shipping - Poly Chain Feature

US Initial funders units to ship next month      07/10/18

 Modal Electronics were showing the SKULPT 4 voice DSP portable synth which recently was successfully funded on Kickstarter to almost 300%.

The stretch goal was reached which means you can now get SKULPT in black or white, and also on display for the first time was the poly chain feature which allows you to hook up to 4 units for a total of 16 voice polyphony, where parameters are automatically linked via MIDI din, with a single master unit controlling all in the chain.

Kickstarter funders are expected to get their units next month, with the first run including spare capacity for people to just buy - currently on Indiegogo here. Price is around 225 UK depending on whether you are EU or US.
