Knobcon 2018: Modular for the Masses - Tin Can Modular Synth

US An unusual design approach      10/09/18

Knobcon 2018, Chicago IL. Spotted in the halls was this unusual Tin Can Modular system built by Juanito Moore. Who's been building modular synth circuits inside tin cans. Experimentation led him to using tin cans to house the circuits he started building.

He started with 808 drum sounds, built from the diagrams in the original 808 service manual. He then building oscillators, filter and FX too.

Currently Juanito  only has an instagram presence, where he posts tips and tricks, we guess you can reach him there. Or just follow him...

Thanks to Samson for providing a Go Mic Mobile system for Jim.
