Behringer Tease Synth With Naked Circuit Shot

No clues, but something new?      03/01/18

Behringer Tease Synth With Naked Circuit Shot

It seems Behringer's  New Year's Resolutions didn't include giving up teasers and leaks. Yesterday they posted a shot of this naked circuit of something they have coming.

No real clues yet, but looks to be something that might be similar form factor to the Model D  sort of Eurorack size (yes, still no sign of that) but with a 56 point patch bay.

The eagle-eyed commenters on the Behringer Facebook page also spotted that a couple of the chips on the pictured board: "V3205SD is a 4096-stage low-noise, low-voltage BBD analog delay line that provides analog signal delays of up to 204.8 ms"

So its probably got a delay on it then... But we suspect the business end of the board is not something they are ready to show yet.

As ever, there's no more information forthcoming, but perhaps this indicates that we will see something announced at NAMM, though some searching of the NAMM exhibitor database for "Behringer" and "Music Group" or even "Midas" doesn't seem to indicate they have a booth, so who knows?
