Want To Hear About The Sound World of Bladerunner 2049?

GB Thought so      20/10/17

In case you missed it, Bladerunner 2049 is out know - one of the most anticipated new films of the year. Its hard to imagine just how scary it would be, being involved in such a portentous sequel, I mean talk about opening up yourself for criticism. But at the same time what an amazing opportunity!

SoundWorks Collection: The Sound of Blade Runner 2049 from Michael Coleman on Vimeo.

In this video from the SoundWorks Collection, Director Denis Villeneuve, sound editor mark Mangini, sound designer Theo Green, dubbing mixers Doug Hemphill and Ron Bartlett and of course final composers Benjamin Wallfisch and Hans Zimmer.

I don't know about you but I love these sort of documentaries, not too dumbed down, but also getting inside the world they wanted to create.

Enjoy. Oh and go see the film..
