After a long battle with Cancer it is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Ray Wilson of Music From Outer Space.

For many years Ray's contribution to the Synth DIY community was one of the only sources for people wanting to get a head start in Synth DIY. His input into the world of synthesis has helped many people to realise their dreams and start their own synthesizer companies.

His DIY designs include a complete line of analog synth modules, lo fi noise boxes, sequencers, the Sound Lab Mini-Synth and the Weird Sound Generator.

Wilson's family announced last year that Ray was fight stage 4 cancer and after an out pouring from the community, $45,000 was raised to help via a gofundme campaign.

RIP Ray, you will be missed, but your projects will go on.
