We first heard about the UA Apollo Twin USB for Windows unit back in September last year, so this Namm show is the first opportunity to actually see it.

It's bundled with the Realtime Analog Classics bundle, and out the box will work with Windows 7 and 8.1, with Windows 10 certification coming shortly.

I's going to ship Q1 2016... which is a nice broad target ;-]

Also due in Q1 is version 8.5 software, and with it, 3 new direct developer plugins:-

  • Marshall JMP 2203 guitar amplifier from Softube
  • Brainworx bx_digital V3 EQ Collection
  • Sonnox Oxford Envolution

Gannon gave us a quick run down.
