'Oh yay' I hear you cry, 'another digital amp from Marshall'...and I have to be honest, I thought the same thing too until I heard it. The guys at Marshall have done an exceptional job on this series of amps, gone are the days of cramming as much as you can into a tiny package. This amp not only sounds great but the practicality of the whole set up is brilliant. Simple things, like being able to save your presets to the phone app and assign them on any given amp. How is that as incredible as you are making it out to be? Well imagine a rehearsal studio, or live venue have a couple of these, you don't have to lug your amp to the venue, you just take your presets with you and set the amp up exactly as you have it at home.

You can stack virtual pedals before it, you can tap tempo everything and there's a foot controller coming out later this year.

Pricing looks along the lines of:

  • Code 25 - £169
  • Code 50 - £229
  • Code 100 (head) - £349
