MOTU are one of the go-to audio interface makers for both studio and live setups. Their range has spanned  the technology from PCI, Firewire, USB and  this CThunderbolt and now AVB.

The latest Ultralite AVB half rack unit adds the audio networking technology that is built into OS X Yosemite. It can run up to 128 channels of audio over Cat6/Cat5e with 0.6ms latency - thats impressive.

We caught up with Jim Cooper who explained what AVB has to offer.
