 Not only has Dave been reunited with his original Sequential Circuits brand courtesy of Yamaha.  - We heard the outgoing CEO of Roland, Kakehashi just wrote to Yamaha saying something like “How about giving Dave the name back?” and thus it was.

But Dave has also proved that it is possible to make a true analog poly, something which so far has eluded many modern synth manufacturers. Although given the technology now available for digital oscillators, this may not be the only way to make a great instrument. But Dave did, just because he can. And people seem to love it.
