Waves Audio is presenting Waves SoundGrid at the Resolution Magazine Audio Networking Forum, taking place on 12 December 2014 at the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) in London, UK. The Audio Networking Forum brings together technology experts, operators and industry professionals involved in audio networking for broadcast, post-production, live sound and music production. Each year, the Forum serves as an essential crash course on the capabilities of audio networking today.

Waves' main presentation at the 2014 Forum will be delivered by Gil Wasserman, Director of the Live Division at Waves Audio and Senior Product Manager of the SoundGrid project for the past six years. Since joining Waves Audio in 1998, Wasserman has also been product manager for Waves MaxxBCL and other non-plugin Waves products, and has served as Waves' Marketing Director for two years. In his presentation, "SoundGrid: From the Studio to the Stage and Back Again," Wasserman will elaborate on how networking is all about increasing efficiencies, saving money and speeding workflows, and will show how SoundGrid is employed regularly at high-profile live music events with project transfers directly to and from the recording studio.

Wasserman says, "Waves is delighted to have this opportunity to convey the benefits of SoundGrid. I will focus on how SoundGrid combines networking with audio processing, demonstrate the ease of SoundGrid's user-oriented networking, and share user stories."
