Waldorf pull one out of the bag after yesterdays news of the 2-Pole Filter we now hear that there is a new string synthesizer to add to the Rocket sized team. The Waldorf Streichfett is a string syntheiszer which "combines the best of the now extinct speices of String Synthesizers of the 70s and 80s".
With a fully polyphonic engine combined with a solo, monophonic section its ideal for recreating how adult movies sounded thirty years ago - their words not mine. Solo voices are Bass, E-piano, or Clavi.
Waldorf Streichfett also has an effect section with Ensemble (or lubrication as the fruity press release puts it), Animate (morphing string registrations) and Phaser or Reverb.
The Streichfett has twelve memories and features USB and MIDI connections.
