SPL were showing off some of their top end mastering units at the pro-audio part of Dancefair in Utrecht last weekend.

First up is the NEOS 120 volt Summing and Monitoring Console. Why 120 volts? Well its to do with the operating headroom, with a higher operatiing voltage, the noise and distortion levels are drastically reduced giving a much higher signal to noise ratio and dynamic range.

Then we look at the large format DMC 2490 monitoring unit - again working at 120v it offer monitor source and speaker switching, input and output trimming and matching an insert routing.

Also the Passeq  - a n EQ with passive coil filters and perfectly fulfills the highest expectations in all areas of audio processing, from recording and mixing to mastering and playback.

Many thanks to Eric from ChampsOriginalTrend.com for filming and editing.
