Softube has been in touch to tell us that Console 1 will begin selling today at authorized dealers around the world. Included in the purchase price of the innovative hardware/software mixer is Softube's new model of the classic console Solid State Logic SL 4000 E.

Awarded "Best of Show" at NAMM 2014 by Pro Audio Review, Console 1 is a new approach to music mixing on a computer. It does not only let the user mix using the meticulously modeled classic console Solid State Logic SL 4000 E, but it adds the intuitive workflow of mixing with physical knobs and buttons from the dedicated hardware. Still, Console 1 also has all the advantages of DAW mixing, such as total recall and automation of all parameters.

Pricing and Availability:

From today, Softube Console 1 will be available from pro audio dealers worldwide. The US list price is $1099, with a probable street price of $999. In Europe, the list price will be €849, probable street price €799 (including 19% sales tax).
