Magma has been in touch to tell us that Thunderbolt 2 versions of the Magma ExpressBox 1T, the ExpressBox 3T, the ROBEN-3TX and the ROBEN-3TS will be available to order through Magma resellers around the globe. Each of these Thunderbolt 2 equipped systems will be ready to ship by the end of February. Magma systems equipped with Thunderbolt 2 will carry the same prices as the original Thunderbolt versions.  Meanwhile, Thunderbolt versions of all products can still be purchased and will continue to ship at standard Magma lead-times.

In March of this year, Magma will also offer an upgrade option that allows customers to upgrade their Thunderbolt systems to Thunderbolt 2 for only $99.00. This special offer will only be available for a limited time.
