All four parts of DV247's Line 6 M20D Stagescape visual mixer are now available online. The M20D mixer has a touchscreen interface and was billed by Line 6 as a 'revolution' in live sound technology.

The visual approach to mixing might not be to everybody's tastes, but this four-part demonstration certainly shows that the Stagescape has a lot of tricks up its sleeve. With the onboard DSP and the touchscreen interface, the M20D will probably be well-suited to those who are used to working as studio engineers and are familiar with DAW software and plug-ins to process sound.

This lengthy demonstration from Simon Jones of Line 6 is one of the more thorough displays of the potential of the Soundscape, and might just a few common questions.
