One of the Coolest Guitar Gear Pictures... Ever?

This is seriously the kind of stuff we live for; one of the coolest gear pictures we've seen in a long time. But why?

First of all, it has a Gibson Melody Maker in it, fitted with one single P90 pickup, that's cool. But secondly, that little amp sitting on top of the cab is completely unique, it was originally produced as a PA amp in the 1950s, but the guitarist who took the photo has modded it for use as a guitar amp.

The photo was uploaded on Instagram by a user who goes by the name of Habilis, who describes how the PA amp was bought in an antique store, it now has a new lease of life in this rig, alongside the Gibson Melody Maker, the Mack 1x10 cab (most probably featuring some kind of badass Eminence speaker), and what look like Earthquaker pedals.

That is one flipping bespoke rig, and that's the kind of stuff that makes our world go round. It probably sounds pretty damn cool.

There's even some vinyl on show on the right hand side. It's almost too good to be true.
