Sinevibes has announced updates for all of its AudioUnit plugins based on step sequencer engines: Diffusion, Dynamo, Sequential and Turbulence. They tell us that fresh versions have vastly enhanced user interfaces with cleaner graphics, re-tuned control response, and more smooth yet snappy modulation characteristics. The full list of changes is presented below.
Diffusion 1.0.1 (motion waveshape synthesizer):
  • Enhanced user interface with cleaner look
  • New design for horizontal sliders
  • New step marks with alternating colors reflecting the time signature
  • Re-tuned envelope filtering algorithm to allow snappier attack/decay in the lowest envelope time settings
  • New preset patches and templates (for a total of 50)
Dynamo 1.3.2 (modular gate sequencer):
  • Enhanced user interface with cleaner look
  • New design for horizontal sliders
Sequential 1.1.2 (effect sequencer):
  • Enhanced user interface with cleaner look
  • New design for horizontal sliders
  • New step marks with alternating colors reflecting the time signature
Turbulence 1.0.3 (modular waveshape sequencer):
  • Enhanced user interface with cleaner look
  • New design for horizontal sliders
  • New envelope filtering algorithm for snappier yet smoother waveshape modulation; re-calibrated envelope lag slider

All updates are immediately available, and they are free to existing users. New customers can purchase Diffusion ($59), Dynamo ($29), Sequential ($49) and Turbulence ($39) at the Sinevibes online store in AudioUnit format for Mac OS Leopard, Snow Leopard and Lion. More information:
