One of our regular and keenly anticipated visits at trade shows is the Spectrasonics stand - Eric Persing always seems to pull out something pretty amazing, and this MusikMesse was no different - Eric was demonstrating the new Bob Moog Tribute Library for Omnisphere.

The library is a 2.5GB add-on comprising some 700 new patches & sounds sounds, designed by 45 artists such as Hans Zimmer, Crystal Method, Jan Hammer, Vince Clarke, Jean Michel Jarre and our mate Dave Spiers.

And the really cool thing is that 100% of the sales goes to the Bob Moog Foundation.

But wait, there's more...
If you purchase the Bob Moog Tribute Library, you can enter the competition to win the stunning OMG-1 - this is a custom instrument built around a Moog Little Phatty, and within its stunning red-stained wooden bodywork lies a Mac Mini, two iPads, two iPod Touchs, and an inestimable amount of drop-dead gorgeousness!
It truly is a thing of awesome power & beauty - we were shown around it by Eric at the last show in Anaheim at Winter Namm, so check it out here if you missed it.
