The preset sounds are free to download from the website and include Smothered, Ocean Life, Mud Honey, Legacy, Ice Pick and Cream Ctr.
There a three backing tracks for you to play along with: FTLOG Loop 2, Juice Loop 1, Liberty (Naked).
