It seems the world is divided into two camps, those who either have or really want an iPhone/iPad and those who despise them and think them the work of a coporate despot.
I must confess, although I use Apple Computers myself, I've so far resisted the urge to take the phone plunge. Unfortunately for me, my Nokia 97 with its Symbian OS choice is now looking rather orphaned, and I may have to rethink my resistance.
One thing that has really not helped is the availability of apps like NanoStudio from Blip Interactive, this demo really makes yet another strong case for iPhownership.
NanoStudio features:
Eden Synth - up to four of these VA analogs available
TRG-16 - sample pads record, resample or import samples
Sequencer for realtime recording and a familiar grid arrange layout for editing
Mastering Mixer - two global FX - export to wav and send over Wifi
Available in the App store now.
My phone provider store is just around the corner and lunch break is looming. I'm not sure I can trust myself.
