This should be the cause of much celebration and rejoicing - a totally new hardware unit from innovative Swedish synth makers Elektron  - and surely for some it will be. 

The Octatrack is an eight track audio sampling device with time manipulation and effects built in.

It diverges from the uniform silver, angular finish of all its brethren and goes for a darker, softer - less bulky look.
