SONIC TALK 146 - LIVE
On the panel this week are Engineer and musician Rich Hilton - whos daily tasks include working in the studio for Mr Nile Rodgers, Dave Spiers - from GForce Software - fresh from some deep creative work using iZotope's RX audio repair suite and Mark Tinley - sound artist and creative thinker.

This weeks topics start with some discussion from Rich Hilton about a reverse engineering orchestration job he's been doing, then a film about techno, the lovely symetry of the Bach Crab Canon, a new live digital console from Soundcraft (the Si1) and digital and live generally, the excellent sidechain demo in Live 8 from Huston Singletary and finally a new collection of snare for BFD2 spark a lively debate on drum programming and drummers.
