Blue Cat have released their Triple EQ plug-ins v3.0 bundle comprising of two plugs-ins. The user interface has been totally redesigned for this new version which includes many new features such as undo/redo, presets export/import etc.
Blue Cat's Stereo Triple EQ
Blue Cat's Stereo Triple EQ is a true WYSIWYG 3 bands stereo semi-parametric equalizer / shapeable filter based on Blue Cat's Triple EQ shapeable filter technology: its three-in-one filter lets you to easily equalize the left and right channels of your signal separately. The graphs shows you the exact frequency response for each channel, and let you easily shape the EQ curve.
Both channels can be linked together in many ways, letting you transform this plugin into a frequency-dependent panner, a single channel EQ and much more.
Blue Cat's Widening Triple EQ
Blue Cat's Widening Triple EQ is the "Widening" (Mid/Side) version of the Triple EQ shapeable filter / equalizer: it is a three bands real time semi-parametric mid/side equalizer. It lets you control the low, medium and high gains of the mid (mono) and side (stereo) components of your audio signal independently, with a custom filter shape. It enables you to manage the wideness of a stereo signal for any frequency. With the ability to control the center of the M-S matrix, it is possible to adjust the spectrum of a sound anywhere in the stereo field.
The plug-in provides instant visual feedback of your settings thanks to the included graph. The overlayed controls lets you shape the filter easily. The mid and side channels responses can be linked together in multiple ways (with a mirroring capability) for easier balance of frequencies.
