The first part of our video interview with Tenori-On developer Yu Nishibori gave us a brief overview of the basic functionality of the Tenori-On - this second video goes into a bit more background about the development process and gives us a few more insights into the device. As you'll see, the development started in a very much 'underground' style back in 2002... probably longer ago than most of us realised.. and some other misconceptions are laid to rest too - it's not based on Yamaha's Motif engine, for starters ;-]
