Native Instruments have released Reaktor 5.1.2, an update for its modular sound design studio.
The new version brings Universal Binary support, allowing users of Intel-based Macintosh computers to fully utilize the creative potential of Reaktor on their machines. Version 5.1.2 also features improved integration with Native Instruments' universal sound platform Kore, resulting in faster loading of Kore sounds based on Reaktor instruments and effects.
A new Reaktor 5 demo based on version 5.1.2 will be available for download shortly.
Pricing and Availability:
The 5.1.2 update for Windows and Mac is now available as a free download for all registered users of Reaktor 5 on the NI website.
For installation on a Intel-based Macintosh computer, a Universal Binary license code can be purchased for $ 29 / 25 Euro in the NI Online Shop. Customers who first registered REAKTOR 5 after September 12th, 2006, are eligible for a free Universal Binary license code.
