Digidesign are pushing their system as an ideal mobile recording DAW, indeed the machines featured on this tour are the new Dell Precision M65 dual core laptops running XP. Digidesign say these sessions offer free, one-hour training sessions that provide an in-depth introduction to Pro Tools systems and focus on the creative power of Pro Tools 7 software. Attendees will explore hands-on Pro Tools LE training stations, each powered by Dell Precisionâ„¢ M65 Mobile workstations featuring dual-core Intel processors running the Microsoft Windows XP operating system. Participants will learn how Pro Tools 7 software capitalizes on the world-class performance and mobility of the Intel-powered Dell Precision M65 as well as the stability and music production flexibility of Windows XP. The Pro Tools Go Mobile Tour will be making stops in 18 cities across the United States and Canada, from June until November:
