Access Music GmbH, the manufacturer of the award winning Virus series synthesizer will release a new operating system for the Virus b/kb/Indigo and Virus rack by the beginning of December. CEO Christoph Kemper said "The new versions are an early Christmas present to our users. The new systems will double the total amount of simultaneously available patches from 512 to 1024. We spend a great deal of importance on providing fresh, contemporary and exciting patches from a selection of renowned sound designers. We are very pleased with the end result." The operating systems 4.5 for the Virus b/kb/Indigo and OSR1.5 for the Virus rack will be available to users by the beginning of December 2001. Download free of charge from
