On Sunday March 11 2001 Clavia delivered the very first production unit of the Nord Lead 3 to great French artist Mirwais Ahmadzai – you know, the one who produced that latest Madonna album ‘Music’. He is already a devoted Nord Lead fan, with his personal Nord Rack 2 frequently appearing in his productions. Clavia's Bengt Lilja personally handed over production unit 1 to Mirwais in his studio in Paris. Mirwais was delighted and immediately started to create sounds on it. One thing is for sure: you'll definitely hear a lot of Nord Lead 3 in his future productions. I wonder if he got it for free?
