Not a bad card good for a budget, a little noisy due to the fact that the d/a is on the card in your computer but nothing terrible - some folks say the sounfd is great. No on board DSP means it can hog the CPU but it will do varispeed.

Track count does depend on CPU power and disc performance but with most current CPU's (MAC) you can get 16tracks without too much difficulty.

Certainly cheaper than Digidesign cards..

Good Points
Cheap, works and will allow variable sample rate
Bad Points
A little noisy, but nothing to get uppity about. I know a lot of folks who use this professionally.
