TCWorks Mercury-1 is a VST Synth recreation of the early 80's Roland Analog Synth the Sh-09. The Sound is fat and Analog sounding. you will notice it has 4 tabs, each ones corresponds a a separate synth, if you are not using the other 3 I suggest you mute them to save on CPU power.

At the bottom of all controls you will see a 0-127 number rage this is to conform to the MIDI 0-127 value parameter. there is also at the right side a saturator called drive this will give a warm sounding pep.

I use this VST in Frutt Loops and its no problem, you can manupulate mercury-1's knobs and slider with any hard ware synth or controller.

Althogh I have not a lot of experince with analogs I can safely say it emulates them very convincinly. try this VST it has a lot of presets something the original sh-09 was not able to do much of.
