This is a 32 Channel 8 Buss mixer. It has 16 Mic-Line inputs, 2 Digital inputs selectable for AES/EBU or SPDIF with sample rate conversion, 24 channels of TDIF I/O, and 8 Channels of ADAT I/O built in, with expansion slots for more inputs in a variety of formats. It has two built in effects processors, one with TC Works reverbs and Antares Mic and Speaker modeling.

Good Points
The mixer is incredibly flexible, and sounds incredible for the price. The mic pres are good, the eq and dynamics processors work nicely for a variety of uses. Users can choose from factory presets as starting points for eq and compression, and save their own presets. Full automation, Machine Control. Sample rate conversion on SPDIF inputs makes them immediately usable with gear that lacks digital clock input.
Bad Points
There are few, but if anything I would gripe about the inflexibility of the effects processor. It would be nice to be able to have a TC reverb on both, or use the mic modeling on one and verb on another. Currently, the antares and TC algos only work on one of the two effects processors. I don't know if this is a hardware limitation, or software...
