Quite simply - the best thing we heard at NAMM. The 65Amps Whiskey is a fairly high gain offering from a company renowned for clean and crunch tones.
We heard it both through a 1x12 and a 2x12 cab, and even through the little 1x12 it packed a hell of a lot of bottom-end.
It still boasts that beautiful bell-like 65Amps clean tone, but it dirties up at lower volumes than amps such as the Producer.
It means you can get a biting crunch tone with plenty of attack in the mid-range on channel one, and then switch to channel two for thick 80s-inspired hard rock overdrive tones.
