Superbooth 2023: Between Machines - Qlocker

US Parametric trigger sequencer module      12/05/23

We spoke to Dennis from Between Machines at Superbooth 2023 about their latest module, Qlocker. This parametric trigger sequencer generates trigger rhythms and has five outputs which are generated depending on how the controls are set. The module has a Tempo and 16th note Swing. The module is all about performance and playability, with the blend output, mixing two probabilities that can be tuned to control the amount of activity you want. There is also a mask knob, which can thin out the sound in a musical fashion, and a button in the middle which loops the last bar. The buffer is a one-bar capture.

Clocker has been in development for over a year and was shown at Superbooth last year. The company has fine-tuned it over the last year and plans to release it in the next two to three months, hopefully in August or September.

Qlocker Price: 320-350 Euros
