Absolute Radio Ga Ga, Queen Doc Series On The Way

Two-part radio documentary about Queen   12-Aug-11

In a busy 40th anniversary year for Queen, including their own art exhibitions, Record Store Day releases, re-releases of their entire back catalogue, and the announcement of an official biography, the band have now announced a two-part radio documentary series.

The series will air on the UK's Absolute Radio, on August 22nd and 23rd.

Brian May and Roger Taylor will feature heavily in the shows, giving their accounts of how 20 of Queen's most famous songs were written. The series will also feature comments from Keane's Tom Chaplain (who performed at the Prince's Trust with Queen), Dave Stewart, and Rhys Thomas.
