sounds exactly the same as the sds-400, looks the same also. More crunchier than the sds-8, but still not as good as the "V-drums". Good for analogue bleeps ,sweepd, pings,pongs and thuds.

Comments About the Sounds:
very plastic sounding?-Very good for noise percussion, hard bass kicks, spacey-latino sounds.works great from Tr-606 trigger outs.
