This is a very minimal FM synth module. It was actually intended to be used as a drum expander module, but I think these sounds are a bit too wacky to be used with a drum kit. This thing is best suited for metallic sounds like xylophones and bells, and also wood-like tones like marimbas and vibraphones. It is also very capable of gritty, digital sounds. The one that I have has fairly noisy outputs, but I don't know if they are all like this. The other thing I can't figure out is the audio in. It doesn't seem to do anything. You really need the manual for this guy because without it you're pretty much blind.
