I had one of these a while back. They're pretty heavy - to carry!- and the oscs tend to go out of tune with temperature. I think you can get a mod done to improve the heatsink efficiency. It's got a number (8?) of cheesy presets such as Trombone, organ synth bass etc and then 8 user defined memories too. It also has an arpeggiator with: UP, DOWN, UP/DOWN, RANDOM patterns. There may be one or two up/down variants - 1/2oct, it's been a long time ;=]You can get a surprising number of sounds from this board. I remember at the time being into Japan -the band - and finding some nice oscillating filter 'bell' like sounds. Also a couple of nice basses. It's got two ADSRs , one for VCA and one for filter - I can't remember if you can route the VCO to it - sorry. I guess it's sort of like a Juno 60.I think that the resolution on some of the fader parameters was a little coarse - prolly due to tiny memory space.All in all not a bad machine and I've seen a few around at reasonable prices too.
