The HS-80 is an Alpha Juno 2 with built in amp and speakers. It's easy to use and capable of warm , pleasing sounds. You can store sounds in 64 ram locations or send them off the instument onto audio tape for future reloading. The aftertouch requires alot of pressure which is annoying . Programming this synth seems to be a good introduction to understanding the components of musical syntheseis

Comments About the Sounds:
Most of the preset sounds suffer from unnatural modulation rates but are easily remedied by adjusting the grouped parameters or the individual parameter using the alpha wheel

(Thanks to dburkhol for this info.)
