The Micro X has two built-in arpeggiators, which enable a large variety of styles, from bossa to house, from jazz to hip-hop, from trance to classic pop tunes. This is really a very useable synthesizer, despite the two octaves keyboard. Micro X is also a MIDI controller and has a bunch of presets for the favorites soft synthesizers ( Reason, Korg Legacy, Lounge Lizzard, to name fiew...) and you can save 128 Controllers'user presets. This machine is really the ggod choice for someone looking for a good solo synthesizer to complete a laptop based system or a DJ set. The drums are very useable thanks to the 2 arpeggiators. last but not least, Micro X is sold in a nice orange flycase, providing a good opportunity to take it on the fly. by the way, this seems very important because I find the product "finition" a little bit "fragile" and "schlinky", I mean : knobs, rear panel, and the overall "box" of the machine seems very light and needs some care. I just bought my micro X one month ago, and i really can't stop using it and somehow abusing the use of this nice little monster... Comments About the Sounds: The sounds are fat and very rich, from analog-like to futuristic soundscapes. The |
