Built like a battleship (you can safely stand on it), with very primative sample controls. However, looping and trimming a sample is done in real time, instantly. Sounds are stored on 5" floppy disks. The sound library was rather good (for the time). There was a 4 voice and I have the 8 voice version. Midi was added as a later option and I have the option to burn eproms samples for the Drumulator. There was also an RS232 interface and software for editing on a Mac. Mesmerising at the time 1984, but purely low-fi curiosity now.
