SonicLAB: sub.Factory Patch Flip

US Bass you say? Try this...      08/08/24

In this SonicLAB PatchFlip, we delve into the sub.factory plugin by Air Music Technology. Designed primarily as a modern bassline synthesizer, the sub.factory is engineered to produce 808-driven bass sounds and a variety of other tones. We use the Pocket Operator KO II to run a couple of grooves while showcasing different patches.

Sub.factory's user interface allows for modulation using pitch envelopes, amplitude envelopes, side-chains, and various LFO parameters. Its basic yet effective design aims to cater to modern producers seeking dense and heavy bass sounds, with the flexibility to add harmonics for clarity on smaller speakers using the drive and wavefolding.

With a straightforward workflow, Subfactory looks best suited for beat makers and producers looking for specialized bass sounds.

Available for $39.99 till September 5th $79.99 after
