Korg's Gadget has been going from strength to strength now available on both iOS and OS X platforms (OS X is first to be released) its a self contained music creation system - most impressive we feel on the iOS platform due to the sheer number of available instruments giving an impressive palette of sounds.
Today Korg announce another major update to to Gadget with:
Lisbon - polyphonic Sci-fi synthesizer - which produces a "thick, glossy, futuristic sound" using circuit modelling and five different FX
Vancouver - Layering Melody Sampler - with 90 included sounds, twin sample oscillators so you can import your own samples.
DeeMax by Dotec Audio - a loudness maximizer with multiple modes to prevent you going too far - is there such a thing as too far?
NKS Support - on OS X - Native Instruments plug-in mapping system allows you to integrate into Komplete Kontrol and Maschine
